Love Day

Happy Love Day.

Mom had the crazy idea to have us make cookies.  She made homemade hot-pink frosting and found some orange and chocolate frosting.  So we were set!  Sienna and I had a lot of fun making more than just heart shaped cookies... we made gingerbread men, trains, feet and even airplane cookies.

Just when the shutter on the camera snapped that last picture... Grandma Carolyn stopped by with some valentine treats for us.  The best in the bag were new books for us.  She finally put her foot down that she had to go home after reading three stories.  Thanks for the story time, Grandma Carolyn!

Awesome idea on the cookies, mom.  They go great with the homemade ice cream we made the day before!

Wow.  What a great Valentine's Day.  A party at school, a bag a valentine's from my friends, a new lightsaber and Star Wars shirt from mom and dad, gifts from Grandma & Granddad, home made cookies and story time with Grandma Carolyn.
