Is it going to stop?

Snow and more snow. It is getting pretty tough to walk around out there. My mom spent most of the time we were out there picking me up (I could get up myself... but had more fun having my mom do the work).

I took in several flakes of snow (even got my mom to eat some):

We have about 9 inches or so... 5 of it was just over night last night:

After all that snow-play... I had to take a break:

Just before heading to bed, there is about 3 more inches out there from when we came back inside this afternoon. It is still snowing! I'm a bit confused... how is today the official first day of winter? I think an inch of snow should count as winter.
