Penguins

Today along with just about every kid in the area went to the zoo today. I met up with a few of my preschool friends -- my Daddy was able to go with my and my mom.

Besides seeing the animals, my favorite thing was checking out nature... the trees, the plants, the dirt, the rocks...

The new penguin exhibit is open! Here are some of the penguins:

Daddy was a big help...to all of us.

I had a lot of fun at the gorilla exhibit... but not entirely because of the real gorillas.

This is the best picture my mom got of the 4 of us preschool kids. At least we're all in the picture.

Overall, it was a fun day hanging out with my friends.

I fell asleep on the way home and my Mom was really tired. So she laid me down on one side of the couch and she laid on the other giving us both some shut eye for bit. Well, she never did fall asleep with all the construction going on with our remodel... but the rest did her and the baby some good.
