Almost Halloween

Halloween is almost here, so we have a few things to do for our count-down-to-Halloween-celebrations.

On Friday, the place where Sienna does her gymnastics class had a Halloween party while Logan was in school.  She got to dress up in her costume for the first time.

She got to play games, make a monster, run through an obstacle course and listen to Halloween stories.  A great way to start the weekend.

On Saturday, Logan had soccer than his friend, Carson and his mom came over for a quick dinner.  Than it was off to Trunk-or-Treat at Grandma Carolyn's church.  Yup, we got that right... Trunk-or-Treat.  There were cars with the trunks decorated for Halloween giving out candy (plus some extra treats from Grandma!).

Inside, Logan found a fellow Star Wars character.  After trying to take him down, we played a few games including Logan and Carson ate donuts from strings!  It was silly.

On Sunday, it was time to get some of those leaves raked up.  We convinced dad we needed to jump in them a few times before they were put in the yard waist bin.  BOMBS AWAY!

After cleaning up from the leaves, it was time to carve our pumpkins!!!  We had to do it fast, as the sky was starting to get ugly and brought a feeling of rain coming.

The countdown to Halloween now begins!
