Carson & Chuck
I had a rather busy day today.
Carson came over for a few hours to play. We spent most of our time on my play set.
We even had a picnic outside... although Carson and I almost spoiled it. My mom had it in her mind that we were going to eat outside. So she put me in charge of Carson while she made lunch. When she had lunch almost ready on a tray to take outside, she noticed we were being rather quiet. She found Carson buckling himself into my booster seat and me sitting on a chair at the table. We were ready for lunch!
It didn't take too long for her to convince us to eat outside. All she had to say was, "shoes" and Carson was happy to go outside.

I had about 30 minutes after Carson and his mommy left to get ready for the next half of my day. A birthday party for Ethan at Chuck E Cheese.
Did you know all games and rides are only 1 Chuck E Cheese token! One. I had so much fun sticking a token into the machines and seeing what they did. Some of them even spit out tickets!

I had a great time at the party -- played games, ate pizza, ate cake, watched Ethan open gifts (some I hope to play with the next time I am over at his house) and I even met Chuck E Cheese and gave him a high 5.
I got home in time to get a bath and impress my mom again with my smarts. I have bath letters that stick to the wall. As I handed my mom each letter, I told her the letter and a word or two that starts with the letter (there were only two letters I needed her help on). Peanut Butter starts with P, as does Polar Bear. Umbrella starts with U. Jump Rope starts with J...
Whew, what a day! The hands on my monkey clock are on the 8 and the 6, so I better get to bed! (I'm learning to tell time)
