Stool?

My Aunt Kris gave me a really cool Cars stool when she spent the day with me on Friday. The only problem is, I'm confused.

Is it a stool or not? Judge for yourself.

Here is the stool in question:

It's cute. It's red. Lightning McQueen is on the top of it. It has four legs. Seems sturdy.

Now take a closer look at the label. It reads: Kiddie Stool Great to Use as a Chair or a Stool

Now read the sticker on the inside:

Hu? I don't understand. Is it a stool or not? I gave it the ultimate test... I stood on it.

Looks like a stool. Works like a stool. I guess it is a stool?
