Last Day of Preschool
Today was the last day of preschool until September. We had a special circle time where we did a few of our favorite songs, read a special book and were all given shovels and pails for all the sand digging we will be doing during the summer. We were also given diplomas showing we graduated from 2-Day to 3-Day preschool.
My emotionally pregnant Mommy cried a bit (she wasn't the only mom that did). I gave her a few hugs and told her that she wasn't sad anymore.
We got in one last outdoor play time where I swung with my friend Katie. We all had a picnic snack and my Daddy showed up to push some of us on the swings. My Mom just about melted outside. Her temperature comfort level has changed being pregnant... normally today at low-mid 70s she would final feel comfortable... instead, she was hot.

I am going to miss preschool. All the mommies agreed that they will be getting together frequently for park days and play dates over the summer. My Mom told them all that we are going to be looking for reasons to get out of the house over the next couple of weeks as the construction on our house goes into the next stage.

This next week they will be putting the roofing material on and then moving the windows and door to their new locations. Once that happens... the construction guys will be taking down the existing walls and working in our house for the final stages.
As my Mom says... it will just be easier to be out of the house while that is going on.
