Preschool

Preschool has started!!!

Sienna and I are both going to the same preschool (and mom, too!). I go three days a week: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (mom stays Thursday). Sienna goes on Mondays with mom.

I'm starting to get used to my new Pre-K class...
but I still miss my Multi-Age Class buds.



That's a real hedgehog that one of the mom's brought in for us to see and feel.
We even got to make our own hedgehogs out of clay and toothpicks.

I am having surgery next month to remove my tonsils and adenoids. When my classmate, Emma, had the same thing done last year the school gave her a blanket to help with her recovery. When Teacher Judy heard about my surgery, she got the blanket out and had my classmates sign it so I get the same blanket as Emma... then it will be given to another schoolmate when he/she has surgery, like me!

When I'm in school on Wednesday, Sienna's classmate, Mikey, comes over to be taken care of by my mom as his mom and sister are in school with me. Sienna told me she had a great time playing with Mikey and did her best to be very hospitable giving him hugs & kisses, chairing toys and even pushing him around on the Whinny the Pooh train. Mikey also enjoyed his time on Sienna's bouncy horse. Mom enjoyed the hour that they were both down for a nap at the same time!

Overall, a very good first week at preschool. Sienna and I both think it is going to be a great year!
