Fire Department

To start our Mid-Winter Break off to a good start, my preschool class and the 2-Day class went to the fire department that one of our preschool dads works as a fire fighter.

Logan didn't want to go. He pleaded the whole morning to stay home. Yet he was the first one to climb into the engine and was super excited to run water through the hose. I, on the other hand was excited to go and then decided I didn't like seeing the fire fighter up close in his bunker gear; nor did I want to get in the engine or near the hose. Maybe next time.

Here we are all saying thanking to Engine 51.

I did like it when we went back into the meeting room and we all got goody-bags and a fire hat. Maybe next time I will try that fire hose... maybe.

After the fire station we turned in my application for a USA Passport! In 4-6 weeks I will be able to get in and out of the country a bit easier.
