Halloween '10

Happy Halloween!!!

Sienna and I had a good Halloween. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if we were healthy. Yup, we both have colds. I am still healing from the surgery and got a cold that is irritating my throat. As brothers do... I shared the cold with my sister.

My mom and I went to my preschool Halloween. That's my mom in the angel costume in the back and that's me in the Mr. Potato Head costume in the front. Sienna's class also had a Halloween celebration... can you find mom and Sienna?

Every Thursday, I get to bring something to share that has to do with the letter of the week. It was the letter D and I brought Dotty, the giraffe I got after my surgery.

My mom's birthday was, like every year since the year she was born, the day before Halloween. We were going to go to a party, but it was best that our runny noses stayed home. Mom and I cuddled while Sienna was napping and watched Bolt.

On Halloween, we went to Grandma and Granddad's for a birthday lunch. Grandma Carolyn and Deni were there with their Trunk-or-Treat... a great backdrop for Halloween pictures!

We spent the evening at Ethan and Tristan's place. My friend, Tyler and his family joined us there for dinner and Trick-or-Treating. We had a lot of fun going around their neighborhood... even Sienna went to the door of a few houses.

Sienna dressed up as Mickey Mouse for Trick-or-Treating... a much warmer costume.

I was tired by the time we got back to Ethan & Tristan's house. But after some candy and juice I was back to running around.

Even Sienna got to eat some candy. We were changed into our pj's before heading home... mom and dad thought we would fall asleep on the drive... ha! Even Sienna was wired and needed extra help to fall asleep.

So now we are focusing on our Christmas Wish Lists. The Big Toy Book from Toys R Us is sitting here with many, many toys we want.

Hmmm... guess we need to start being extra good as Santa is making his lists. But all this candy... it's just not fair to give kids candy at the most important time of the year to be extra good!
